Senators Roger Wicker (R-MS) and Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) recently introduced the LOCAL Infrastructure Act, which would amend the federal tax code to restore state and local government’s ability to use advance refunding to manage bond debt and reduce borrowing costs for public projects. NATaT Joins Letter Supporting $350 billion in State and Local Relief Aid

NATaT joined hundreds of organizations in a letter to Congress endorsing budget reconciliation language that provides $350 billion in flexible aid to local governments reeling from the effects of the pandemic.
