NATaT published a Special Report that covers all relevant provisions in the recently enacted Continuing Resolution and Fiscal Year 2026 Minibus Package (PL 119-37). This legislation ended the 43-day federal government shutdown, the longest in U.S. history, by providing continuing appropriations, at enacted Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 funding levels, for most federal agencies through January 30, 2026. It also provides appropriations through the end of FY 2026 (ending on September 30, 2026) for agriculture, military construction and veterans affairs, and legislative branch programs. It also extends various expiring programs and authorities through January 30, 2026, or later.
